A Word for Canada
On January 31st of this year, a Canadian prophet saw a tiny oak leaf on the snow and another one just off to the side. They were about the size of two toonies.
“I call out the mighty oaks to be established in Canada.
Canada, where the poplars and the birches have been allowed to thrive, and the maple leaf has taken priority, I call out the oaks.
The oaks that grow slowly.
The oaks that seem small for a long time.
The oaks that appear dead in the winter, but are still revealing themselves like these little leaves.
The mighty oaks to rise up in our beautiful land!
The mighty oaks of righteousness.
The oaks of longevity.
The oaks that require nurturing and time and water and space.
Watch for the clues.
Where are they flourishing and where are they multiplying?
Where there is a tiny leaf like this, there is a mighty oak somewhere around – one that is maturing.
Seek them out, replicate them.” Isaiah 61:3
This word is reflective of where Invictus Canada sits today. We are in the generative process of being established from a tiny leaf on the ground, to a mighty oak.
As a core group, we have been fully devoted to praying for the Lord’s will for our nation and for the healing of our land and people. Our roots are growing deeper and deeper as we faithfully seek God for His purpose and direction.
We are to be bold prophets with pure hearts who stand for truth and righteousness with humility. The cry of our heart is to love and nurture the little leaves, so they will replicate across this vast land and grow through endurance into the mighty oaks of righteousness that He may be glorified.
We are thankful for all the mighty oaks He is connecting us with, as well as the tiny leaves. He is resurrecting our nation to flourish and multiply on fertile ground.
Let Your Kingdom come!
