Wales Intensive, September 2025

By Alison Cran, Scotland

In early September, a group of the most colourful and fun followers of Jesus (certainly that I have ever met!) gathered together in a former Wesley Chapel in the majestic vales of North Wales. Oh, was our King glorified!  WHOW, did He manifest in His mighty power, love and presence. It was a Spirit-filled time where friends met in person rather than online and strangers became comrades at first embrace.

Those opening moments upon arrival, where we welcomed each other, very much set the tone of a meeting with a difference. We sensed the presence of God so tangibly and our unity in Him so strong that instantly we felt like family and that we had known each other always. We were truly and deeply immersed in the atmosphere of heaven. It was very hard, on the very last day, to leave that environment of grace and life behind, but we carried it to our homes and territories. We felt marked and changed from a long weekend, which was unforgettable and course-correcting in every way.

Each day was unique and varied as we ate together as a family – like happy school children seated around three large tables in what was once the Sunday school of the chapel. What a gift and joy it was getting to know each other, laughing and even crying because of the love and encouragement poured out. I truly believe most of the deep ministry of the Holy Spirit was done in those conversations while we ate and fellowshipped. Also, many great chats and prophetic words were released over one another on the terrace, as we had coffee and a blether (as we say in the islands). I can still hear the laughter and remember seeing conversations and groups together sharing and blessing and loving one another into the fulness of Kingdom health. Chats by the kitchen sink, by the cooker, in the entrance, by the coffee bar, while food was being prepped - all over the house, groups of twos and threes and more were forging bonds and sharing life, love and hope.

We were so very fortunate to find that we were to be blessed with some of the best teachings that brought about great revelation amongst us all. Speakers shared and unpacked intense but love-laced lessons regarding the dangers of the new age rising in popular culture but also sneaking in the back door of the church and how to guard against that. This is hard to really explain, so I would urge anyone reading this to request the teachings on this subject.

Rebecca King spoke on the Mystics and her deep call and desire to give them a safe place to heal, learn, grow and be a healthy and powerful blessing to the body of Christ in this hour – for them to be loved and accepted. This is something Invictus does so well as a ministry. You could truly feel the heart of the Father for the Mystics and the need for them to have their place within the Ecclesia. Love never fails. It breaths life into dead places. Our prayers rose like incense to see these people set free by Jesus and their gifts used for the glory of God and for Invictus to spearhead a movement in the nations to open their heart and churches to these people, who are loved by God and born with purpose.

The teaching on nationalism was by far the one I personally felt the urgency of the hour – I learning that nationalism, at its root, is the religious spirt at work. It’s divisive, an assault against the body of Christ and grieves the Lord. Politics and Christianity cannot be blended. It lives to devote us to your nation, over Christ. It’s the new face of empire and is legalistic, domineering, highly-entitled, superior and aggressive in nature. Rebecca made sure these lines were made very clear.

We also touched on the false teachings regarding the courtrooms of heaven which has come from the NAR (New Apostolic Reformation or Neo-Apostolicism), Henderson and others. We were reminded from scripture that the enemy is NOT in the “courts” discussing and accusing us. He was thrown down at the cross. Revelation reminds us that the enemy has no access to heaven. God always does what He pleases, and His court does not operate like an earthly one. He is a loving God. Jesus our SOLE advocate! The false NAR teachings are leading people very much astray and back into bondage.

We discussed that the seven spirits of God is against the trinity. Doctrine can only be built on scripture and never encounter. There is a need for the body to avoid extra biblical encounter. Blueprints  are not biblical either. Rebecca challenged and encouraged us to make sure that we protect the Kingdom of God within us.

Some of the other things we spoke about were:

  • We should make our lives a prayer and fast for spiritual hunger.

  • The female roar of the lion is important because she nourishes, guards and keeps the pride safe. The lamb, of course, was silent but we need both.

  • We touched on taking territory and to seek to see what was happening in our lands and to raise courage in ourselves and those around us, to claim our territories back, seeking Godly boundaries where needed.

  • We spoke of Psalm 23 being key in this time.

  • We spent time making bold and powerful declarations for unshakeable courage and for global expansion in us all and to bind our small and narrowed vision and mindsets.

  • We acknowledge we all possessed a call globally.

I am not doing justice to the richness and depth of the teachings received from the leadership team. Do ask your friends who attended for more and their experiences too, because the weekend was beyond my reflections. It was truly a divine appointment for us all.

My last memories and thanks go to Matt and Heather Clayton for opening their beautiful home to us all, to everyone who cooked and cleaned and served and loved, to Matt, Heather and Kerry for the worship and to every last one of you on the intensive who loved on, built up and encouraged one another. The testimonies that are already coming in are so incredible. All glory goes to God. He is so good, and we are unbelievably privileged to be part of a ministry that is going to radically change the spiritual landscape and sound of the prophetic movement in the UK and beyond. “Razzamatazz” has faded away and real, sharp and bold voices of love and direction are emerging. IPG, you are in this new engine room and are fully qualified by heaven.

My parting reminder is this: Rebecca urged us to shake off imposter syndrome, not shrink back, be bold, communicate with one another, build each other up as we are doing and when the days are tough remind ourselves that we gathered because GOD chose and made possible that we could.

We left changed, challenged and fired up for the times ahead.
